1. About This Policy

This Editorial & Book Review Policy (“Review Policy”) explains how NYN Reviews approaches the selection, evaluation, preparation, publication, correction, and presentation of book reviews and related editorial content.

NYN Reviews is a book-review and book-discovery publication operated by NYN Creative Studios.

Our objective is to provide readers, authors, publishers, and members of the literary community with useful information about books while maintaining clear distinctions between editorial content, paid services, promotional content, and advertising.

This Review Policy applies to reviews and editorial content published through NYN Reviews, subject to any specific written agreement applicable to a particular Service.

This policy should be read together with our:

  • Terms and Conditions;

  • Privacy Policy;

  • Refund and Cancellation Policy;

  • Cookie Policy, where applicable;

  • Advertising and Sponsored Content Policy; and

  • other applicable Website policies.

2. Our Editorial Mission

NYN Reviews exists to help readers discover books and to provide authors and publishers with a platform through which their books may be presented and discussed.

Our editorial content may cover a wide range of genres and categories, including:

  • fiction;

  • nonfiction;

  • children's books;

  • young adult books;

  • romance;

  • mystery;

  • thriller;

  • fantasy;

  • science fiction;

  • literary fiction;

  • historical fiction;

  • biography;

  • memoir;

  • business;

  • self-help;

  • educational books;

  • poetry;

  • picture books;

  • and other categories.

Our goal is to provide reviews and book-related content that is informative, understandable, and useful to readers.

3. Editorial Judgment

Reviews published by NYN Reviews may contain independent editorial judgments and opinions.

A review may discuss:

  • writing quality;

  • storytelling;

  • structure;

  • characterization;

  • pacing;

  • themes;

  • originality;

  • presentation;

  • illustrations;

  • educational value;

  • suitability for a particular audience;

  • strengths;

  • weaknesses;

  • overall reading experience; and

  • other characteristics relevant to the particular book.

A review may be positive, mixed, neutral, or critical.

NYN Reviews does not consider criticism to be evidence of a defective Service.

4. Payment Does Not Guarantee a Positive Review

Payment for a review Service does not guarantee a positive review.

An author, publisher, or other customer purchasing a review Service is paying for the review process and associated Service, not for a predetermined opinion.

A customer may not require NYN Reviews or a reviewer to:

  • give a particular rating;

  • provide a positive recommendation;

  • remove legitimate criticism;

  • change an editorial opinion;

  • describe a book as exceptional;

  • describe a book as a bestseller;

  • or otherwise alter the substance of an honest editorial assessment solely because the customer has paid for the Service.

This principle is important to maintaining the credibility of our publication.

5. Paid Services and Editorial Content

NYN Reviews may offer paid services to authors and publishers.

Depending on the Service purchased, these may include:

  • book reviews;

  • editorial reviews;

  • book features;

  • author interviews;

  • promotional content;

  • social-media promotion;

  • book-related publicity;

  • content creation;

  • promotional campaigns;

  • and other services.

A paid Service does not automatically mean that all resulting content is independent editorial content.

The nature of the Service will determine how the resulting material is presented.

Where content is promotional, sponsored, or otherwise commercially motivated, NYN Reviews may identify it appropriately.

6. Editorial Review Versus Promotional Service

NYN Reviews distinguishes between an editorial review and a promotional service.

Editorial Review

An editorial review is intended to provide a reader-oriented assessment of a book.

The reviewer may express opinions about the book's strengths and weaknesses.

Promotional Service

A promotional Service is intended primarily to increase exposure, awareness, discovery, or engagement concerning a book or author.

Promotional services may include:

  • social-media posts;

  • promotional graphics;

  • author interviews;

  • book features;

  • advertisements;

  • promotional videos;

  • or similar activities.

The existence of a paid promotional relationship does not necessarily mean that every piece of content concerning the book is an editorial review.

7. No Guaranteed Commercial Outcome

NYN Reviews does not guarantee that a review or promotional Service will result in:

  • book sales;

  • increased revenue;

  • bestseller status;

  • retailer rankings;

  • awards;

  • publishing contracts;

  • increased readership;

  • increased followers;

  • media coverage;

  • viral exposure;

  • increased website traffic;

  • or any other particular commercial outcome.

Readers make their own purchasing decisions.

Book performance depends on numerous factors outside the control of NYN Reviews.

8. Book Submissions

Authors, publishers, publicists, literary representatives, and other authorized individuals may submit books for consideration.

A submission may include:

  • book title;

  • author name;

  • pen name;

  • publisher;

  • ISBN;

  • genre;

  • publication date;

  • synopsis;

  • manuscript or book file;

  • cover;

  • author biography;

  • contact information;

  • promotional materials; and

  • other information reasonably necessary for consideration or provision of a Service.

By submitting material, the submitter represents that they have the authority to provide it.

9. Submission Does Not Guarantee Publication

Submitting a book to NYN Reviews does not automatically guarantee:

  • acceptance;

  • publication;

  • review;

  • a positive review;

  • a particular publication date;

  • a particular placement;

  • promotional coverage;

  • or any other editorial outcome.

NYN Reviews may decline a submission for editorial, operational, legal, technical, or other legitimate reasons.

10. Eligibility of Books

NYN Reviews may consider books in a variety of formats and genres.

Eligibility may depend on:

  • genre;

  • content;

  • format;

  • availability of review materials;

  • publication status;

  • technical requirements;

  • editorial capacity;

  • legal considerations;

  • audience suitability; and

  • other factors.

NYN Reviews may establish specific submission requirements for individual Services.

11. Children's Books

NYN Reviews may review and feature books intended for children.

Children's books may include:

  • picture books;

  • early-reader books;

  • middle-grade books;

  • educational books;

  • children's nonfiction;

  • fairy tales;

  • animal stories;

  • and other children's literature.

When reviewing children's books, NYN Reviews may consider factors appropriate to the intended audience, including:

  • age appropriateness;

  • readability;

  • storytelling;

  • educational or developmental value;

  • illustrations;

  • themes;

  • presentation;

  • language;

  • structure; and

  • suitability for the intended age group.

The presence of children's books on NYN Reviews does not mean that children are required to provide personal information to submit or purchase Services.

12. Children's Privacy

NYN Reviews seeks to minimize the collection of personal information from children.

Authors, publishers, parents, guardians, and other adults submitting children's books are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions concerning materials they submit.

NYN Reviews does not intentionally request unnecessary personal information from children.

Additional information concerning children's privacy is provided in our Privacy Policy.

13. Review Materials

Reviewers may use materials supplied by an author, publisher, or other authorized representative.

Depending on the Service, review materials may include:

  • physical books;

  • electronic books;

  • manuscripts;

  • excerpts;

  • illustrations;

  • descriptions;

  • author biographies;

  • supplementary materials; and

  • other information relevant to the book.

The reviewer may rely on the materials reasonably available to them.

14. Review Methodology

There is no single formula used for every book.

The review approach may vary depending on:

  • genre;

  • intended audience;

  • length;

  • format;

  • subject matter;

  • type of book;

  • intended reading level;

  • and the nature of the Service.

A review may consider the book as a whole rather than assigning equal weight to every characteristic.

15. Factors That May Be Considered

Depending on the book, a reviewer may consider:

Writing

  • clarity;

  • style;

  • vocabulary;

  • prose;

  • grammar;

  • voice;

  • readability; and

  • consistency.

Story and Structure

  • narrative structure;

  • pacing;

  • plot;

  • coherence;

  • development;

  • originality; and

  • resolution.

Characters

Where relevant:

  • characterization;

  • development;

  • motivations;

  • relationships;

  • realism; and

  • consistency.

Nonfiction

For nonfiction works, reviewers may consider:

  • organization;

  • clarity;

  • research;

  • usefulness;

  • accessibility;

  • presentation;

  • supporting evidence; and

  • suitability for the intended audience.

Children's Books

Reviewers may consider:

  • age appropriateness;

  • readability;

  • illustrations;

  • educational value;

  • storytelling;

  • engagement;

  • themes;

  • and presentation.

These factors are examples rather than mandatory requirements for every review.

16. Reviews Are Not Academic Peer Review

Unless specifically identified otherwise, a NYN Reviews book review is not an academic peer-reviewed publication.

Reviews are editorial assessments intended primarily for readers and the literary community.

A review should not be interpreted as a certification of scientific, legal, medical, financial, historical, or other professional accuracy.

17. Review Ratings

Where NYN Reviews uses ratings, scores, stars, or other evaluation systems, those ratings represent the reviewer's editorial assessment.

Ratings are subjective.

A rating should not be interpreted as:

  • a guarantee;

  • an objective measurement;

  • a prediction of sales;

  • a statement of universal reader opinion; or

  • professional certification.

NYN Reviews may change its rating system or presentation over time.

18. Critical Reviews

NYN Reviews may publish critical reviews.

A critical review may identify weaknesses in:

  • writing;

  • structure;

  • plot;

  • characterization;

  • argument;

  • organization;

  • illustrations;

  • presentation;

  • or other aspects of a book.

Constructive criticism is part of legitimate book reviewing.

Authors and publishers are not entitled to a favorable review solely because they submitted or purchased a Service.

19. Respectful Editorial Standards

Although reviews may be critical, NYN Reviews seeks to maintain professional editorial standards.

Reviews should focus primarily on the book and its characteristics rather than making unnecessary personal attacks against authors.

We may edit or reject content that is:

  • abusive;

  • threatening;

  • knowingly defamatory;

  • discriminatory;

  • unlawful;

  • irrelevant;

  • excessively personal; or

  • otherwise inappropriate.

20. Author and Publisher Feedback

Authors and publishers may contact NYN Reviews concerning published content.

Feedback may include:

  • factual corrections;

  • clarification;

  • copyright concerns;

  • privacy concerns;

  • accessibility concerns;

  • or other legitimate issues.

However, disagreement with an editorial opinion does not automatically require a review to be changed.

21. Factual Corrections

NYN Reviews takes reasonable efforts to correct material factual errors.

A correction request should identify:

  1. the specific statement;

  2. why it is factually incorrect;

  3. the accurate information; and

  4. supporting evidence where reasonably available.

We may review the request and determine whether a correction is appropriate.

A correction request should not be used simply to demand removal of criticism or disagreement with an opinion.

22. Editorial Opinions Versus Facts

NYN Reviews distinguishes between factual statements and editorial opinions.

For example:

Factual statement:
“The book was published in 2025.”

Editorial opinion:
“The pacing becomes slower during the middle portion of the book.”

An author may provide evidence concerning an objectively incorrect factual statement.

An editorial opinion may not be altered merely because the author disagrees with it.

23. Corrections to Published Reviews

Where a legitimate factual error is identified, NYN Reviews may:

  • correct the relevant statement;

  • update the review;

  • add a correction notice;

  • update metadata; or

  • take another reasonable action.

The method of correction may depend on the nature and significance of the error.

We may retain a record of a correction where appropriate for editorial transparency.

24. Removal Requests

Requests to remove an entire review will generally be considered only in appropriate circumstances.

Examples may include:

  • serious factual errors;

  • legal concerns;

  • copyright issues;

  • privacy violations;

  • security concerns;

  • mistaken identity;

  • publication of information that should not have been published; or

  • other exceptional circumstances.

A request based solely on disagreement with a review's conclusion or rating will generally not require removal.

25. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe that a review, image, book cover, excerpt, or other material appearing on NYN Reviews infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, contact:

contact@nyncreativestudios.com

Please provide sufficient information for us to evaluate the claim.

NYN Reviews may remove or restrict disputed material while a legitimate complaint is investigated.

26. Conflicts of Interest

NYN Reviews seeks to identify and manage conflicts of interest that could reasonably affect editorial credibility.

Potential conflicts may arise where a reviewer or contributor has:

  • a close personal relationship with an author;

  • a financial relationship with an author or publisher;

  • a professional relationship that creates a material conflict;

  • a personal interest that could reasonably undermine editorial independence; or

  • another significant connection to the book.

Where appropriate, NYN Reviews may assign the work to another reviewer, disclose the relationship, or decline the assignment.

27. Authors Cannot Select a Favorable Opinion

An author or publisher may provide relevant information about their book.

However, unless expressly agreed otherwise for a non-editorial promotional Service, customers cannot:

  • dictate the review conclusion;

  • require a particular rating;

  • require specific praise;

  • require criticism to be removed;

  • require the reviewer to recommend the book;

  • or otherwise control the reviewer's editorial judgment.

28. Author Requests for Changes

Authors may request correction of objective factual errors.

Authors may also contact NYN Reviews regarding legitimate issues such as:

  • incorrect book title;

  • incorrect author name;

  • incorrect publication date;

  • incorrect ISBN;

  • incorrect publisher information; or

  • other verifiable factual errors.

Requests to rewrite a review merely because the author dislikes the editorial opinion may be declined.

29. Review Ownership and Copyright

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, reviews written and published by NYN Reviews or its authorized contributors remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a review Service does not automatically transfer ownership of the review to the customer.

The customer may receive limited rights to use the review where expressly granted by NYN Reviews.

30. Reproduction of Reviews

You may not reproduce, republish, modify, sell, license, distribute, or commercially exploit a NYN Reviews review beyond the permissions expressly granted to you.

If NYN Reviews provides written permission to reproduce a review, the review must generally remain substantially intact and properly attributed.

Permission may be withdrawn where legally permissible if the content is being misused or presented deceptively.

31. Quotes and Excerpts From Reviews

NYN Reviews may permit customers to quote limited portions of a review for legitimate promotional purposes.

Where permission is required, customers should obtain written authorization before reproducing substantial portions of a review.

A quotation must not be presented in a way that:

  • changes its meaning;

  • removes important context;

  • falsely suggests endorsement;

  • misrepresents the overall review; or

  • implies a conclusion that the original review did not make.

32. Use of Book Covers and Author Materials

Where authors or publishers provide book covers, photographs, biographies, or promotional materials, they represent that they have the necessary rights or permissions to provide those materials.

NYN Reviews may use submitted materials for the purpose for which they were provided, including review publication and associated promotion.

Where required, NYN Reviews may remove or replace materials following a legitimate rights complaint.

33. Promotional Content

NYN Reviews may publish promotional content in addition to editorial reviews.

Promotional content may include:

  • author interviews;

  • book announcements;

  • book features;

  • promotional articles;

  • social-media posts;

  • advertisements;

  • videos;

  • graphics;

  • or other promotional materials.

Promotional content may be based on information supplied by an author, publisher, publicist, or other customer.

Promotional content should not automatically be interpreted as an independent editorial endorsement.

34. Sponsored Content

Where NYN Reviews publishes sponsored or paid content, we may identify the commercial nature of the content where appropriate or required by applicable law.

Sponsored content may include material for which an author, publisher, advertiser, or other party provides compensation.

Sponsored content is distinct from an independent editorial opinion.

35. Advertising

NYN Reviews may display advertisements from third parties.

Advertisements are not necessarily endorsements by NYN Reviews.

Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their advertisements.

NYN Reviews may reject or remove advertisements that violate applicable law or our policies.

36. Affiliate Links

NYN Reviews may use affiliate links or other monetization arrangements.

Where a visitor purchases something through an affiliate link, NYN Reviews may receive a commission or other compensation.

Affiliate relationships do not necessarily determine editorial conclusions.

Where applicable, such relationships may be disclosed in accordance with relevant requirements.

37. Separation of Editorial and Commercial Interests

NYN Reviews seeks to maintain a clear distinction between editorial assessments and commercial services.

Purchasing advertising, promotional Services, or other commercial offerings does not automatically entitle a customer to favorable editorial coverage.

Similarly, an author who does not purchase promotional Services may still be eligible for editorial consideration where applicable.

The exact relationship between a particular paid Service and editorial content will depend on the nature of that Service.

38. Multiple Services for the Same Book

An author may purchase more than one Service relating to the same book.

For example, a customer may purchase:

  • a review;

  • an author interview;

  • promotional content;

  • social-media promotion;

  • or another Service.

Each Service may have separate terms.

Purchasing multiple Services does not automatically alter the editorial nature of a review.

39. Reviewer Selection

NYN Reviews may select reviewers based on factors such as:

  • genre familiarity;

  • experience;

  • availability;

  • subject matter;

  • intended audience;

  • writing ability;

  • and editorial requirements.

NYN Reviews does not guarantee that a customer will be assigned a particular reviewer unless expressly agreed in writing.

40. Reviewer Anonymity and Attribution

Depending on the Service and editorial format, reviews may be:

  • attributed to an individual reviewer;

  • published under an NYN Reviews editorial identity;

  • or presented using another format.

NYN Reviews may determine the appropriate attribution format.

We may withhold certain reviewer information where necessary to protect privacy, security, or editorial independence.

41. Reviewer Conduct

Reviewers working with NYN Reviews are expected to:

  • evaluate books in good faith;

  • avoid knowingly fraudulent statements;

  • respect intellectual-property rights;

  • protect confidential information;

  • avoid unnecessary personal attacks;

  • disclose significant conflicts where appropriate;

  • maintain professional standards; and

  • follow applicable NYN Reviews editorial procedures.

42. Confidentiality of Unpublished Manuscripts

Authors may submit unpublished manuscripts for review or consideration.

NYN Reviews will use reasonable measures to protect submitted materials from unauthorized disclosure.

However, no electronic system can guarantee absolute confidentiality.

Authors who require a formal confidentiality agreement should contact NYN Creative Studios before submitting materials.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, submission of a manuscript does not create a separate contractual confidentiality obligation beyond obligations imposed by applicable law and the circumstances of the Service.

43. Confidentiality and Review Publication

If a book is unpublished at the time of submission, the author should clearly inform NYN Reviews of any publication restrictions or embargo requirements.

Where agreed, NYN Reviews may coordinate publication of the review with the relevant release date.

44. Spoilers

Reviews may contain information about a book's plot, characters, themes, or ending.

Where reasonably appropriate, NYN Reviews may avoid significant spoilers or provide an indication that a review contains spoilers.

However, readers should understand that a book review may necessarily discuss aspects of the story.

45. Sensitive or Mature Content

Reviews may discuss books containing:

  • violence;

  • mature themes;

  • sexual content;

  • disturbing material;

  • strong language;

  • controversial subjects;

  • or other sensitive content.

Where appropriate, NYN Reviews may identify relevant content considerations.

The presence of sensitive content in a book does not necessarily mean that the book will be rejected.

46. Illegal or Harmful Content

NYN Reviews may decline to review or promote material that:

  • violates applicable law;

  • promotes serious criminal activity;

  • exploits children;

  • contains unlawful sexual content involving minors;

  • facilitates terrorism or violent wrongdoing;

  • infringes intellectual-property rights;

  • contains malicious code;

  • or otherwise creates significant legal or safety concerns.

NYN Reviews may remove previously published material where necessary.

47. Accuracy of Author-Provided Information

Authors and publishers are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide concerning:

  • author identity;

  • publication details;

  • ISBN;

  • publisher;

  • book description;

  • awards;

  • sales claims;

  • endorsements;

  • credentials;

  • and other factual information.

NYN Reviews may rely on information provided by authors or publishers where independent verification is not reasonably available.

We may correct or remove information that is subsequently shown to be inaccurate.

48. Claims About Awards, Sales, Rankings, and Credentials

NYN Reviews may request evidence for significant claims concerning:

  • awards;

  • bestseller rankings;

  • sales;

  • professional credentials;

  • media appearances;

  • endorsements;

  • publishing history;

  • or other potentially material claims.

We may decline to publish claims that cannot reasonably be substantiated or that appear misleading.

49. Reader Feedback

Readers may contact NYN Reviews concerning reviews or other book-related content.

Reader feedback may be considered for:

  • factual corrections;

  • technical errors;

  • copyright concerns;

  • accessibility issues;

  • or other legitimate matters.

Reader disagreement with an editorial opinion does not automatically require a review to be changed.

50. Editorial Errors

NYN Reviews acknowledges that mistakes can occur.

When we identify a material error, we seek to correct it in a reasonable and transparent manner.

The nature of the correction may depend on:

  • the seriousness of the error;

  • whether it affects the substance of the review;

  • whether it is objectively verifiable;

  • whether the content has already been distributed;

  • and other relevant circumstances.

51. Right to Edit

NYN Reviews may edit content for:

  • grammar;

  • spelling;

  • clarity;

  • formatting;

  • length;

  • accuracy;

  • legal compliance;

  • readability;

  • or editorial consistency.

Substantive changes may be made where reasonably necessary.

Customer-submitted material may be edited to fit the format of the Website or Service.

52. Right to Decline or Remove Content

NYN Reviews reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to decline, suspend, edit, restrict, or remove content where reasonably necessary.

Reasons may include:

  • legal concerns;

  • copyright concerns;

  • privacy concerns;

  • inaccurate information;

  • fraudulent information;

  • security concerns;

  • inappropriate content;

  • violation of our policies;

  • abuse of the Service;

  • or other legitimate editorial or operational reasons.

53. Removal After Publication

Publication does not guarantee that content will remain online indefinitely.

NYN Reviews may remove or modify content due to:

  • legal requirements;

  • rights complaints;

  • editorial updates;

  • Website restructuring;

  • technical requirements;

  • policy violations;

  • outdated information;

  • or other legitimate reasons.

Where a paid Service has already been substantially completed, subsequent removal of content for a legitimate reason does not automatically create a refund obligation.

54. Permanence of Internet Publication

Once a review or other material has been published online, copies may be:

  • indexed by search engines;

  • cached;

  • archived;

  • quoted;

  • shared;

  • reproduced by third parties; or

  • distributed through social-media platforms.

NYN Reviews cannot guarantee that removal from our Website will eliminate every third-party copy.

55. Search Engine and Social-Media Distribution

NYN Reviews may make reviews and book-related content publicly available.

Search engines and social-media platforms may independently index, display, cache, or distribute such content.

NYN Reviews does not control how independent third parties process or display publicly available material.

56. Editorial Policy Changes

Our editorial procedures may evolve as NYN Reviews grows.

Changes may be made to:

  • review formats;

  • rating systems;

  • submission procedures;

  • editorial standards;

  • disclosure practices;

  • correction procedures;

  • reviewer procedures;

  • or publication formats.

Material changes may be reflected in an updated version of this policy.

57. Relationship With Our Terms and Conditions

This Review Policy supplements the NYN Reviews Terms and Conditions.

If there is a conflict between this Review Policy and a specific written agreement for a Service, the specific written agreement may control to the extent expressly stated and legally permissible.

Nothing in this Review Policy overrides mandatory rights under applicable law.

58. Relationship With Our Refund Policy

The purchase of a review Service is subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

A disagreement with the content or conclusion of an independent editorial review generally does not constitute a refund entitlement.

Refund questions are handled according to the applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy and any specific written Service terms.

59. Relationship With Our Privacy Policy

Information collected in connection with book submissions, author communications, payments, reviews, and Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Authors and publishers should avoid submitting unnecessary personal information, particularly personal information concerning children.

60. Transparency and Trust

NYN Reviews recognizes that trust is important to readers, authors, publishers, and the wider literary community.

We therefore seek to maintain transparency concerning:

  • the nature of reviews;

  • paid Services;

  • promotional relationships;

  • sponsored content;

  • corrections;

  • editorial judgment;

  • conflicts of interest; and

  • commercial relationships.

Our objective is to ensure that readers can reasonably understand what they are reading and the nature of the content presented to them.

61. Contacting NYN Reviews About a Review

Questions or concerns about a review may be submitted to:

contact@nyncreativestudios.com

When contacting us, please provide:

  • your name;

  • your relationship to the book;

  • the title of the book;

  • the URL or title of the relevant review;

  • the specific concern;

  • supporting evidence where applicable; and

  • the action you are requesting.

We may request additional information before making a decision.

62. Final Editorial Principle

NYN Reviews believes that a useful review should do more than simply praise or criticize a book.

A review should, where reasonably possible, help readers understand:

  • what the book is about;

  • who may enjoy it;

  • what it does well;

  • where it may have limitations;

  • and what kind of reading experience it offers.

Editorial judgment will necessarily vary from reviewer to reviewer and from book to book.

No review can represent the opinion of every reader.

63. Final Acknowledgment

By submitting a book for review or purchasing a review-related Service, you acknowledge that:

  • submission does not automatically guarantee publication;

  • payment does not automatically guarantee a positive review;

  • reviews may contain criticism;

  • editorial opinions may differ from your own;

  • factual errors may be submitted for correction;

  • promotional Services are distinct from editorial reviews;

  • commercial Services do not necessarily guarantee sales or other commercial results;

  • NYN Reviews may edit or remove content in appropriate circumstances; and

  • the publication and use of submitted material are subject to the applicable NYN Reviews policies and agreements.
